Marmon Lift Recruitment is working with a global stairlift engineering business specialising in the installation, servicing and repair of accessibility equipment across domestic properties throughout the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Stairlift Engineer to cover Newcastle and the Northeast of England.

Responsibilities of a Stairlift Engineer:
- Install straight and curved stairlifts within customer homes
- Carry out servicing, repairs and maintenance of stairlifts and lifting products
- Diagnose faults efficiently and complete repairs to a high standard
- Work on through-floor lifts and step lifts where required
- Complete all paperwork accurately using company devices and software
- Deliver excellent customer service to both council and private customers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
- Maintain company vehicle, PPE and equipment to company standards
The Ideal Stairlift Engineer Candidate:
- Demonstrable experience working with stairlifts
- Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding ability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Full UK driving licence
- Level 2 Certificate in Installation & Maintenance of Stairlifts is desirable
- Experience with major stairlift manufacturers is advantageous
