Marmon Lift Recruitment is seeking an experienced and results-driven Lift Project Manager to lead high-value lift modernisation projects. This is an opportunity to join a global lift engineering leader delivering landmark infrastructure and transport projects across the UK.

About the Lift Project Manager Role
- End-to-end responsibility for lift modernisation projects from planning to handover
- Management of a £3m portfolio across 3–4 live sites
- Full project ownership, supported by commercial and finance teams
- Delivery of complex lift modernisation and major infrastructure works
Key Responsibilities: Lift Project Manager
- Deliver projects to programme, budget, quality and safety targets
- Oversee installation, testing, commissioning and client handover
- Ensure compliance with CDM, HSE and RAMS requirements
- Coordinate engineers, site teams, subcontractors and clients
- Lead site briefings, inspections and quality assurance
- Manage plant, lifting plans, temporary works and logistics
- Control costs, forecasting and reporting with commercial support
- Maintain project documentation, reporting and stakeholder communication
- Manage defects, snagging and project close-out
What We’re Looking For: Lift Project Manager
- 5–7 years’ experience delivering lift engineering projects
- 3+ years managing teams across multiple sites
- Proven ability to lead projects from inception to completion
- Construction or project management qualifications
- SMSTS, Temporary Works Coordinator, Lifting Competency (or similar)
- Infrastructure project experience (rail, freight, etc.) is advantageous
- Strong communication, planning and HSE awareness
- Full UK driving licence
