Base Salary: £23,000 - £28,000 pro rata (depending on experience).
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (office-based). Start and finish times may be subject to limited flexibility by agreement; however, attendance Monday to Thursday is essential.

This is a key role responsible for keeping our administration, CRM data and office operations running efficiently while ensuring an excellent experience for both clients and candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue Terms of Business to new and existing clients.
- Write and publish job advertisements with support from the recruitment team.
- Answer incoming telephone enquiries and direct calls appropriately.
- Process outgoing post to clients and candidates.
- Build, update and maintain candidate and client records within our CRM.
- Carry out regular data cleansing to maintain CRM accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare, format and organise candidate CVs and documents.
- Support the Director with ongoing administration and business projects.
- Assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
The Ideal Office Administrator:
Essential:
- Minimum two years' experience within an office administration role.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Professional and confident telephone manner.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Confident using Google Workspace and CRM/database systems.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Full UK driving licence and able to commute reliably to our Leicester office.
- Available to work every Monday to Thursday on a long-term basis.
Desirable:
- Previous recruitment administration experience.
- CRM management experience.
- Experience writing job adverts.
- Degree educated.
