Office Management | Executive Support | Operations Coordination
Location: Leeds, Yorkshire (Office-Based)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
Contract: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday)

The Office Manager Role
This is a hands-on Office Manager position responsible for overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of a busy Leeds office while also providing executive support to the CEO and senior leadership team. You will play a central role in ensuring the office operates efficiently, supporting both operational and administrative functions across the business. Alongside office management responsibilities, you will also assist with diary management, meeting coordination and general executive support duties for senior leaders. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced SME environment.
Key Responsibilities of an Office Manager
- Managing the day-to-day running of the office environment
- Ensuring office operations and administration run smoothly and efficiently
- Supporting the CEO and senior leaders with diary management and scheduling
- Coordinating meetings, agendas and follow-up actions
- Managing office supplies, facilities and general workplace organisation
