Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + commission + optional overtime

OTE: £40,000 – £50,000 p.a.

Marmon Lift Recruitment is recruiting 2 x Appointment Setters for a growing stairlift engineering company in Leeds. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role suited to confident communicators who enjoy speaking with customers and booking revenue-generating appointments.

You’ll contact inbound and outbound warm leads, qualify customer needs, and book stairlift survey and sales appointments, with strong commission potential, optional paid overtime, and clear progression into senior sales or management roles.

Commutable from: Leeds, Wakefield, Bradford, Morley, Dewsbury, Shipley, Keighley

Ideal Appointment Setter Candidate:

  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Comfortable working to targets and KPIs
  • Previous appointment setting, telesales, or contact centre experience (essential)
  • Customer-focused with strong listening skills
  • Motivated by commission and performance-based rewards
  • Reliable, organised, and self-motivated
  • Stairlift or home mobility industry experience (desirable)

Key Responsibilities of an Appointment Setter:

  • Contact new and existing warm leads to book stairlift survey and sales appointments
  • Qualify customer requirements and gather accurate information
  • Schedule appointments efficiently for the sales and survey teams
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment targets
  • Maximise conversion through effective questioning and rapport building
  • Upsell warranty options where appropriate
  • Accurately log all activity using the CRM system
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
