Marmon Lift Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced NVQ Level 3 Lift Engineer to join a growing and forward-thinking organisation specialising in advanced lift communication and safety technology. This is a technical support and installation-focused role covering London and the South East, offering excellent long-term progression and the opportunity to work with innovative lift products.
The Lift Engineer Role:
- Provide technical support across a range of lift communication and safety products
- Carry out installation of autodialler systems, GSM solutions, intercoms, and associated equipment
- Diagnose faults and troubleshoot technical issues both remotely and on-site
- Assist customers with product configuration, setup, and operational training
- Ensure all installations meet quality and compliance standards
- Support customer enquiries with a professional and solutions-focused approach
Ideal Lift Engineer Candidate:
- Currently working as a Lift Engineer with strong service, repair, or installation experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the UK lift industry
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Lift Engineering
- Strong fault-finding and analytical skills
- Confident communicator, able to explain technical information clearly
- Able to work independently and manage on-site responsibilities
- Holds a full UK Driving Licence
