Marmon Lift Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Lift Engineer to join a respected lift company covering Swansea and South Wales. Offering 65,000+ OTE, 500/week standby, paid travel, a local route, and genuine progression into senior technical or management roles.
The Lift Engineer Role:
- Service, repair, and maintenance of passenger and goods lifts
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding
- Breakdown response and call-outs
- Planned preventative maintenance
- Accurate reporting of repairs and defects
- Managing your own route and customer relationships
Requirements of a Lift Engineer:
- NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years' lift industry experience
- Background in service, repair, or installation
- Full UK driving licence
- Within commuting distance of Swansea
