Responsibilities:
- Install straight and curved stairlifts in customer homes
- Service and maintain stairlifts to manufacturer standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with safety procedures
- Assist with scheduling, travel, and preparation of parts and equipment
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 1 year’s experience working with stairlifts (Essential)
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills (Essential)
- Relevant electrical qualifications (Desirable)
- CSCS and/or SSSTS certification (Desirable)
- Knowledge of major stairlift manufacturers, i.e., Handicare & Thyssen (Desirable)
