We're looking for a confident, organised and driven Sales Co-ordinator to join a growing and busy business where no two days are the same.
This isn't a role where you'll simply sit behind a desk processing paperwork.
You'll be at the heart of the action - dealing with customers, suppliers and internal teams, managing quotes and orders, helping win new business and making sure everything runs smoothly from enquiry through to completion.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and managing quotes for servicing, repairs, callouts and LOLER recommendations.
- Turning quotes into orders by following up customers and securing POs.
- Managing jobs from PO through to the Repairs Department.
- Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Finding the best prices and availability from suppliers.
- Keeping sales records, systems and spreadsheets accurate and up to date.
- Supporting new enquiries and helping the wider sales team.
- Getting involved in marketing, social media, newsletters and website development.
- Supporting the continued growth and development of the business.
- Helping keep the office organised and running efficiently.
What We're Looking For
We want someone who takes ownership, gets things done and enjoys dealing with people.
- Lift Industry experience is essential
- Confident speaking to customers and suppliers.
- Proactive rather than someone who waits to be asked.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
- A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail.
