Marmon Lift Recruitment is seeking an experienced Modernisation & Full Replacement Sales Manager to join a leading lift engineering company. We're looking for someone with a strong background in lift modernisation and full replacement sales who understands design and construction processes and can effectively lead and collaborate across sales, engineering, and design teams.
The Lift Modernisation Sales Manager Role:
- You'll play a key role in driving sales activity for lift modernisation and full replacement projects across the UK.
- Lead sales for modernisation and full replacement of lifts in existing buildings.
- Ensure all activities align with safety, quality, and ethical standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support and mentor Sales, Engineering, and Design teams.
- Facilitate project design coordination and oversee the tender process.
- Identify client needs and provide effective, tailored solutions.
