Basic Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 + overtime + benefits

Benefits: £400/week standby allowance, Overtime: Monday to Friday: 1.5x pay rate; Weekends & Bank Holidays: 2x pay rate, new van + all travel expenses paid, 25 days holiday + bank holidays.

Marmon Lift Recruitment is now recruiting for a Lift Technician to cover a route across South Wales. The portfolio includes a mix of passenger lifts and goods lifts. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established independent lift engineering company with a national presence, known for its supportive and progressive culture. Ideal Lift Technician:

  • NVQ Level 4 in Lift Engineering Essential
  • Full, clean driving licence Essential
  • At least 5 years of proven experience within lift engineering, ideally in a technical or senior field-based role
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
  • Confident in supervising and supporting other engineers

Responsibilities of a Lift Technician:

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and test reports
  • Attend and resolve breakdowns and faults across passenger and goods lifts
  • Provide technical support with fault-finding and complex issues
  • Recommend and implement improvements to lifting operational procedures
  • Supervise lift engineering and technical staff, ensuring adherence to health & safety standards
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service and promote operational excellence
