This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing stairlift company offering a competitive salary, strong earning potential and a varied workload across installation, servicing and repair. With paid door-to-door travel, overtime and annual profit share, your total earnings could exceed £50,000 per year. Commutable from: Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Halifax, Harrogate, Castleford, Pontefract, Dewsbury, Wetherby, Keighley, Normanton, and surrounding areas.
The Stairlift Engineer Role:
- Install straight and curved stairlifts in customers' homes
- Service, maintain and repair stairlift equipment
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults
- Deliver professional, considerate customer service
- Complete accurate service records and follow safety procedures
- Manage the parts, tools and equipment required for scheduled work
The Ideal Candidate:
- At least two years' stairlift engineering experience
- Experience installing, servicing and repairing stairlifts
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Knowledge of leading stairlift manufacturers is desirable
