Basic Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)

OTE: £65,000+ per annum (including callout, overtime, and travel time)

Callout/Standby Earnings: £500 per week

Marmon Lift Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Lift Service Engineer (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) to join a well-established and growing lift company covering Huddersfield and the wider Yorkshire region. Commutable from: Huddersfield, Leeds, Bradford, Halifax, Brighouse, Wakefield, Dewsbury, Barnsley, Batley, Castleford, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities of a Lift Engineer:

Carry out planned servicing, maintenance, and minor repairs on a range of passenger lifts.
Diagnose faults efficiently and achieve first-time fixes wherever possible.
Record defects, manage parts requirements, and maintain accurate service documentation.
Participate in a fair and structured call-out rota, including evenings and weekends.
Work safely at all times, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements of a Lift Engineer:

NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent) – Essential
Full UK driving licence – Essential
Minimum 3 years’ experience within lift service or repair – Essential
Good working knowledge of a variety of lift manufacturers and control systems.
Able to manage a service route of approximately 50-60 units across a local Yorkshire patch.
Live within a commutable distance of Huddersfield and the surrounding area.
