We're working with an established and growing lift business that has built a strong reputation within the industry. They're now looking to add a
Service Co-ordinator to their team and are looking for someone who wants to become a valued part of the business.
You'll be joining a supportive, close-knit team where your work genuinely makes a difference.
You'll have plenty of responsibility, regular interaction with engineers and clients, and the opportunity to develop your knowledge of the lift industry.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate engineers and book service visits.
- Liaise with clients on schedules, updates and completed works.
- Manage service and breakdown callouts.
- Coordinate subcontractors, POs and invoices.
- Monitor service reports and follow-up works.
- Keep systems and records accurate and up to date.
- Support invoicing and client KPI reporting.
- Manage daily engineer communication and handovers.
What we're looking for
- Previous lift industry or service coordination experience is essential.
- Someone highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicating with clients, engineers and subcontractors.
- Able to prioritise and stay calm in a busy environment.
- Proactive, reliable and keen to take ownership.
- Good IT and administration skills.
