Marmon Lift Recruitment is recruiting for a skilled Lift Repair Engineer (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) to join a rapidly growing lift engineering company. This role focuses on minor repairs and breakdown response across the London area.
Key Responsibilities of a Lift Repair Engineer:- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults in lifts.
- Attend breakdowns promptly, minimising downtime and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Perform effective risk assessments and maintain site log cards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all sites.
- Support the training of apprentices and trainee engineers, using your experience to mentor the next generation.
- Industry-relevant qualification NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (Essential)
- Full, clean driving licence (Preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial experience as a Lift Engineer, with familiarity working in the London area (Essential)
- Confidence in managing your own repair route, troubleshooting, and completing various types of minor repairs on both passenger and goods lifts of all types of manufacturers (Essential)
- Currently living a commutable distance from London or willing to relocate to satisfy the geography of this specialist role (Essential)
