Outbound Sales Representative
Bradford | Office-based
£28,000 basic + commission + optional overtime
Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm
Marmon Lift Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Outbound Sales Representative for a growing sales team in Bradford. You'll handle warm enquiries, follow up on quotes and convert interested customers into sales and appointments. This is not a cold-calling-heavy role.
Industry experience isn't essential - proven sales ability, attitude and results are what matter.
Package & Progression
- £28,000 basic salary plus £25 commission per completed sale
- Additional commission from warranty sales and earning opportunities through appointment setting
- Optional evening and weekend work for extra earnings
- Progression into greater responsibility, with the potential to build a dedicated telesales closing team
Outbound Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, converting warm leads into completed sales
- Follow up with customers who have received quotes but haven't proceeded
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Handle objections, negotiate confidently and close sales
- Upsell warranties and additional services where appropriate
- Book appointments and generate further sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activity
- Work towards and exceed sales targets
Outbound Sales Representative Requirements
- Proven telesales, telephone sales or appointment-setting experience, with a strong conversion record
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
- Confidence handling objections, difficult conversations and asking for the sale
- A competitive, target-driven approach and motivation to earn commission
- Persistent, professional follow-up without being pushy
- Good organisation, CRM experience and the ability to work independently and own opportunities
Suitable backgrounds include Telesales Executive, Sales Closer, Telephone Sales Executive, Appointment Setter, Sales Advisor, Lead Generator, Inside Sales Executive and B2B/B2C Sales Executive.
