This is an excellent opportunity for a confident communicator to generate leads, contact prospective customers, and arrange appointments to support business development and sales growth.
The Appointment Setter Role
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate new business opportunities
- Identify potential clients and arrange appointments for the sales team
- Follow up leads and maintain regular contact with prospective customers
- Build rapport with clients, building owners, and managing agents
- Explain the company's services and identify customer requirements
- Maintain accurate CRM records and update lead information
- Work closely with the sales team to maximise conversion opportunities
- Meet call, appointment, and lead generation targets
- Manage follow-ups and maintain an organised sales pipeline
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience on every call
The Appointment Setter Candidate
- Previous experience in telesales, appointment setting, or customer service would be advantageous
- Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with prospective customers
- Target-driven, resilient, and motivated to generate new opportunities
- Strong relationship-building and listening skills
- Organised, with the ability to manage leads and follow-ups effectively
- Comfortable using CRM systems and recording customer information
- Proactive, professional, and eager to contribute to a successful sales team
