The Project Manager role is a key position responsible for managing, planning, development, and implementation of customer KPIs & SLAs. The role will require careful planning and management to deliver customer programmes, development, and initiative projects along with their BAU day to day activities. Responsible for project completion to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. Ability to designate resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the entire project. The role will require UK & EU travel.
Key skills & experience
- Experience of at least 3 years in a Project Manager role within a fast-paced and highly competitive environment
- Strong communicator with the ability to operate tactically in a fast-paced environment
- Experience of working across Retail, Brands, Convenience, and Services sectors
- Experience working with ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics - NAV)
- Knowledge and experience of breakdowns from store plans equipment call off in line with the issue of quotations
- Site management knowledge including understanding of installation of equipment as and when required to ensure the clients expectations are met
- Commercial understanding to raise quotations (budget, first, final, and variation accounts)
- Ability to highlight any projects which could potentially be at risk, either through timelines or major changes to the scheme
