Are you a confident & energetic Sales Development Representative searching for the opportunity to make a real impact within an award-winning business? We're searching for an SDR to help drive our client's growth by proactively converting inbound leads into appointments and uncovering new opportunities through smart outbound prospecting. Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must have a permanent Right to Work in the UK, residing within commutable distance to North Bradford. Please note our client cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Outbound Prospecting: calling, email, and social media activity to potential clients, introducing them to the business and the products/services portfolio.
- Inbound Lead Generation: proactively respond to inbound leads, qualify, and provide relevant information, addressing customer needs.
- Appointment Setting: schedule meetings between potential clients and the sales team, ensuring a smooth transition/handover.
- Pipeline Tracking: continuously track and record activity on your sales pipeline, and present to line-managers during relevant meetings.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- B2B telesales experience is essential.
- Previous experience within SaaS, EdTech, or similar industry is desired.
- Confident, Resilient, and Motivated to develop a career in Sales is essential!
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Naturally resilient and a positive attitude, with the ability to adapt to new strategies, tools, and market changes.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently/with minimal supervision after a thorough onboarding.
- Proficient in the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) and internal CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, etc)
- A permanent Right to Work in the UK.
- Due to the location of this role, having a driving license and access to a car would be highly beneficial.
