This is a great opportunity for an organised and meticulous individual to join a respected independent letting agency and build your career within a fast‑paced, supportive environment. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high‑quality lettings service while being mentored by an experienced industry professional.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare pre‑tenancy and AST agreements in addition to all move‑in documentation.
- Process applications, reference tenants & complete Right to Rent checks.
- Ensure safety certificates are completed and filed before move‑ins.
- Handle viewing enquiries, book appointments & conduct viewings during busy periods.
- Provide detailed feedback to landlords after viewings.
- Manage holding deposits and prescribed information.
- Register landlords/tenants on the CRM and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate & schedule inventories, review and issue reports at move‑in.
- Support with general lettings admin and telephone enquiries.
- Essential: prior admin experience within the lettings industry.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written/verbal communication.
- Able to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage deadlines.
- Confident using CRM systems & Microsoft packages (Alto & Inventory Hive beneficial).
- Positive team player with a proactive attitude.
- Full UK driving licence & access to own vehicle.
- Able to travel to Ilkley for training and occasional holiday cover.
