We are supporting a fast-growing AI SaaS business with the appointment of a Technical Professional Services Manager. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a Professional Services function at a pivotal stage of the company's growth journey. Reporting to the COO, you'll be responsible for shaping and scaling Professional Services, overseeing onboarding and customer success operations, and creating the frameworks, governance and commercial disciplines required to support an expanding customer base. Initially, this is a hands-on role where you'll personally lead and deliver Professional Services projects while establishing the processes, methodologies and team structure needed for future growth. As the business scales, the role offers a clear pathway towards Director-level leadership.
