We are supporting a fast-growing AI SaaS business with the appointment of a Technical Professional Services Manager. Initially, your focus will be on leading and delivering complex Professional Services projects for customers post go-live, ensuring they maximise value from our client’s innovative AI-driven platform. This is a hands-on role where you'll personally scope, design and deliver customer workflow automation projects, translating customer requirements into practical technical solutions. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their processes, build automated workflows and integrations and support successful implementations while establishing the governance, methodologies and operational frameworks required to support future growth of the Professional Services function. Working closely with the COO and wider leadership team, you'll play a key role in shaping the future direction of customer delivery. As the business scales, you'll be responsible for building and developing a Professional Services team, introducing new consultancy and optimisation services, and taking ownership of the wider customer journey across Professional Services, Customer Success and Onboarding. The role offers a clear pathway towards Director-level leadership as the function and team continue to expand. Salary
