We’re searching for a Sales Account Manager to join an established provider of market leading technology systems based in Leeds.

  • Leeds – Office Based£30,000 – £40,000 per annum (OTE £70-75k) Supportive Working Culture and Company Benefits

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and nurture existing client relationships , understanding their objectives and challenges. Act as the primary point of contact providing exceptional customer service and support. Identify opportunities for upselling our client’s products and services to maximise revenue generation. Respond to sales enquiries and proactively target new business opportunities . Achieve and exceed expected targets and KPIs and report on progress as required. Ensuring the accuracy of data and information recorded in the CRM and sales pipeline. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities , providing insights to the wider business.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 2-3 years’ sales or account management experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with a CRM system.
  • Highly motivated and target driven.
