  • 1-2 years’ experience in B2B telesales or SDR role.
  • Confident, ambitious & target driven.
  • Strong communication & relationship-building skills.
  • Consultative sales approach, able to handle objections.
  • Experience with SaaS/tech sales would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and engage with warm & cold leads.
  • Qualify prospects through discovery conversations.
  • Book meetings for the Business Development team.
  • Work closely with marketing on outreach campaigns.
  • Update CRM and hit monthly sales targets.
