Location: North Bradford HQ | Hybrid: 2 days from home | Salary: £27,000–£35,000 DOE + performance bonuses | Progression: Clear route into Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Prospecting: Engage potential clients via calls, emails & social outreach
  • Inbound Lead Generation: Qualify inbound leads and match solutions to client needs
  • Appointment Setting: Book and hand over high-quality meetings to the sales team
  • Pipeline Tracking: Manage CRM activity and report performance to managers

Skills & Experience:

  • B2B telesales experience essential
  • Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or similar desirable
  • Confident, resilient, and motivated to build a career in sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent organisation and CRM proficiency
  • Driving licence and car access beneficial

The Role:
