The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant at Marmion, you’ll take ownership of your own desk and develop long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates across a variety of markets. You’ll have the freedom to build your network, develop your niche, and establish yourself as a trusted recruitment partner, whilst being given the tools and support needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop your own desk through business development, networking, referrals, and relationship management.
  • Create engaging, high-quality job adverts and recruitment campaigns to use across a range of media and platforms.
  • Managing the full 360 recruitment process from vacancy brief through to placement.
  • Build and maintain meaningful, consultative relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and proactively driving revenue.
  • Maintaining accurate records across our systems and delivering a professional service throughout.
  • Develop a sound understanding of various business sectors by doing your own research, attending events, and keeping up to date with market trends, sector insights, and industry developments.

The Candidate

We’re interested in speaking with recruiters who are commercially driven but equally passionate about people and delivering a high-quality, authentic service. You’ll ideally have:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a 360 Recruitment Consultant role.
  • A strong track record in business development and relationship building.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to spot opportunities in both social and business settings.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Confidence and enthusiasm with a forward-thinking and innovative attitude.
  • A collaborative approach and desire to contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • A resilient and positive mindset, with the drive to overcome challenges and stay motivated.
  • A permanent and unrestricted Right to Work in the UK.
