We’re hiring a Project Manager/Co-ordinator to support FMCG supply chain projects for major retail customers. This role focuses on end-to-end project delivery, working across international suppliers, packaging, logistics, and retail environments.
About You
- Experience as a Project Manager within FMCG, packaging, retail, or consumer goods
- Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and long lead-time projects
- Confident managing project timelines, critical paths, Gantt charts, and milestones
- Experience working with international suppliers and multiple stakeholders
- Highly organised with strong administration and reporting skills
The Role
You’ll manage the day-to-day delivery of FMCG projects, supporting Account Managers while owning timelines and execution. Projects typically run across international supply chains, from concept through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage FMCG and retail projects from development to delivery
- Own project plans, timelines, critical paths, and reporting
- Coordinate international factories, suppliers, logistics, and UK warehousing
- Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery
- Ensure compliance with specifications, labelling, technical, and packaging requirements
