Our Client: IT Reseller β Technology Industry.
Digital Implementation & Performance Tracking:
- Manage the day-to-day execution of organic digital campaigns across various platforms.
- Assist with setting up paid social and paid search activity.
- Track campaign performance and budgets using Google Analytics and the Google Ads platform.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the relevant internal stakeholders.
- Conduct continuous testing, smart budget allocation, and data driven optimisation to maximise ROI.
Website / Systems Coordination:
- Handle day to day website tickets and assist with queries where required.
- Support internal teams with ongoing website improvements, updates, and developments.
- Maintain the appropriate digital platforms, working closely with various internal teams to ensure systems support efficient and effective delivery.
Copywriting & SEO:
- Write SEO best practice copy for digital content to be used across web, socials, and other digital campaigns.
- Manage product presentation, writing copy for product descriptions and associated content using SEO best practice.
- Assist with the development of digital campaigns, liaise with internal teams to gather information for customer stories, define product details, and any other relevant material/assets.
- Work with the content teams and third parties to support SEO performance.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience as a Digital Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Assistant, or similar.
- Copywriting, editing and optimising web content experience, with the ability to spot errors and improve user experience is essential.
- Experience using analytical tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager is essential.
- Other digital platforms/systems e.g. heat-mapping or customer engagement tools would be beneficial.
- Excellent understanding and experience of working to SEO best practices is essential.
- Experience running SEO/SEM marketing campaigns with proven ROI would be highly beneficial.
- Proactive, ambitious, curious, and confident character, with the ability to see the bigger picture and use initiative to support the wider team.
- Experience and solid understanding of all major social media platforms β including both paid and organic campaigns.
