Acting as an extension to the Media Entertainment Account Management team you will take ownership of non-strategic sales activity; responding to requests, resolving queries, and protecting customer satisfaction, ultimately allowing the Account Managers to focus on growth and strategic engagement. /p p br /p p strong Roles Responsibilities: /strong /p p strong Internal Account Management: /strong /p ul li Provide customers with excellent service, and build strong customer relationships, acting as the main contact for day-to-day queries and transactional sales activity. /li li Provide customers with excellent service through consistent timely responses to queries, pricing and quotation requests. /li li Ensure consistent timely responses to queries, pricing and quotation requests, and identify/explore opportunities to upsell and cross-sell. /li li Monitor customer activity, acting on up-coming renewal dates and spotting commercial risks, and provide information of strategic sales opportunities to the Account Managers. /li li Ensure all activity and updates are efficiently and accurately recorded across CRM and ERP systems. /li /ul p strong Orders Deliveries: /strong /p ul li Ensure invoices are accurate, pricing is validated, and customer billing accounts are set-up as required, working closely with Finance on order disputes, resolutions, credit control and contract changes where necessary. /li li Lead the post-sale handover process and coordinate with internal Operations, Engineering and Service teams to ensure timely fulfilment. /li li Monitor delivery progress, acting as the escalation point for risks / delays in deliveries, consistently ensuring delivered services align with the agreed scope. /li /ul p strong Customer Onboarding Experience: /strong /p ul li Manage the internal onboarding journey, ensuring customers fully understand the business’ scope, commercials and support structures. /li li Reduce early-stage customer churn by proactively addressing issues and any operational risks. /li /ul p br /p p strong Skills Experience: /strong /p ul li Experience in a B2B strong Internal Account Management /strong , strong Sales Support /strong or similar role is essential. /li li Experience within strong Media Entertainment /strong strong Technology /strong , strong Technology /strong , strong IT Managed Services /strong , Logistics or a similar B2B environment. /li li Previous experience working with a CRM, and order management systems. /li li strong Confident /strong strong professional /strong communication skills, with a strong positive /strong strong proactive /strong character is essential. /li li Excellent attention to detail, strong organisation and a process‑driven approach. /li li A commercially aware mindset with a genuine focus on customer experience. /li li Familiarity with billing or ERP platforms and an understanding of renewals, contract lifecycles and commercial governance would also be advantageous. /li /ul p br /p p em Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a /em strong em UK resident. /em /strong em Please note that we /em strong em cannot offer visa sponsorship or future sponsorship /em /strong em for overseas candidates. /em /p p em If you feel you are suitable, please apply today by submitting your CV.
