Our Client: Multi-sector & Multi-Vendor Technology Reseller / VAR / MSP
The Opportunity: Reporting to the Web & eCommerce Manager and working closely with the internal marketing team, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering digital activity to enhance our client’s market presence. You’ll help implement the business’ digital marketing strategy, contribute to the design, development and performance reporting of the company’s websites, all whilst striving for a high-quality, seamless digital experience for customers.
Responsibilities
- Digital Implementation: Manage the day-to-day execution of digital campaigns across various digital marketing platforms. Track budgets and performance across digital channels, provide regular updates and support self-service access to insights. Maintain digital platforms and work with the wider marketing & IS teams to ensure systems support efficient and effective delivery.
- Website: Work with the product and solutions teams and the wider business to support any website updates and developments. Manage web product presentation, profiling and descriptions. Handle day to day requests and ticketing and help guide ongoing site improvements.
- Social: Post and schedule B2B focussed content across all social platforms. Support the creation and delivery of targeting campaigns, driving reach, engagement, and conversations.
- Paid Media: Help in setting up, optimising and reporting on paid social and paid search activity. Continuous testing, smart budget allocation, and data driven optimisation to maximise ROI. Work with the content teams and third parties to support SEO performance.
- Content Gathering: Collaborate with internal teams to source information, collect products details, customer stories assets, and insights to be utilised within digital campaigns. Write copy for digital content to be used across web, socials, and other digital campaigns.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Digital Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Assistant, or similar.
- Copywriting, editing and optimising web content experience, with the ability to spot errors and improve user experience.
- Experience using analytical tools including Google Analytics essential, heat-mapping/customer engagement tools would be beneficial.
- Proactive, ambitious, curious, and confident character, with the ability to see the bigger picture and use initiative to support the wider team.
- Experience and solid understanding of all major social media platforms – including both paid and unpaid campaigns.
- Experience running SEO/SEM marketing campaigns with proven ROI would be highly beneficial.
