Joining our client’s growing Client Services function, this is a growth role, responsible for the account management & day-to-day running of 2-3 existing clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Client Strategy & Planning: Lead marketing strategy for integrated client accounts, working closely with clients and partners to deliver effective marketing plans.
- Account Support & Collaboration: Support other account managers on wider client strategies and key projects while coordinating with creative, digital, data, performance and photography teams to deliver briefs.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term client relationships and champion an exceptional standard of service.
- Supplier & Project Coordination: Manage supplier relationships to secure strong rates, placements and deals, while keeping contracts and projects on track against agreed timelines.
- Growth & Opportunity Development: Develop proactive ideas for clients and identify new opportunities that add value for both clients and the business.
- Reporting & Team Contribution: Contribute positively to performance reviews and team development, and prepare account progress reports and updates for the board.
- Solid experience as a Senior Account Manager, Client Services Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar is essential.
- Marketing Agency, Digital Agency / Consultancy or similar sector experience is essential.
- Excel / Power Point and Google / Gmail Suite experience would be ideal.
- Commercially astute with experience identifying growth opportunities analysing and utilising marketing performance data.
- Team-centric, positive, approachable character with collaborative leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, organisation, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
