- Core Hours: Monday - Friday (40-52 hours per week)
- Occasional Saturday working: during busy production periods (1 in 4)
- Start Time: 8am, finish times may vary depending on daily production targets
With experience, increased skills and strong performance, pay can increase over time, with ongoing training.
