As a Recruitment Consultant at Marmion, you’ll take ownership of your own desk and develop long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates across a variety of markets. You’ll have the freedom to build your network, develop your niche, and establish yourself as a trusted recruitment partner, whilst being given the tools and support needed to succeed.
- Build and develop your own desk through business development, networking, referrals, and relationship management.
- Create engaging, high-quality job adverts and recruitment campaigns to use across a range of media and platforms.
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process from vacancy brief through to placement.
- Identifying opportunities for growth and proactively driving revenue.
We’re interested in speaking with recruiters who are commercially driven but equally passionate about people and delivering a high-quality, authentic service.
- 2+ years’ experience in a 360 Recruitment Consultant role.
- A strong track record in business development and relationship building.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- A permanent and unrestricted Right to Work in the UK.
