We’re searching for a Support and Implementation Consultant to join a growing provider of ERP integration software based in Leeds. This is a diverse role where you’ll provide business-critical support to customers and resolve technical queries whilst working on implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support: Supporting client’s software installation process, upgrades and surrounding technology. Logging new calls via Freshdesk and resolving queries, whilst liaising with 2nd line support team. Raising licenses and quotes. Updating Salesforce and TaskRay with relevant PO and schedules. Dealing with and resolving SQL queries. Install and upgrade base software and satellite applications. Creating software licences.
- Software Configuration: Downloading installation packages and importing these into the target environment. Configuring imported packages, setting parameters, configuring transport protocols and listener applications.
- Testing: Conduct connectivity tests, including ERP connection, various TCP/IP-based protocols (HTTP, API, Web Service, file-based, FTP, SFTP, email, etc.), and unit tests.
- Working with clients: Obtaining technical information for install and configuration, conducting user acceptance testing. Participating in the go-live process and solution handover. Liaising with internal teams and working as part of a project team using agreed processes. Contributing to the training and documentation resources.
- Internal and External Systems: Utilise CRM software, project management software, and password management software. Work with external systems, including client remote access, ERP, and database engines (usually SQL and SAP HANA).
Key Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years’ supporting business-critical back-office software (ERP).
- 2+ years’ experience in basic SQL Server queries.
- Excellent customer service skills, the ability to build rapport and develop consultative relationships with customers.
- The ability to translate complex technical information to non-technical persons clearly.
- A proven interest and capability in complex software applications.
- UK resident and unrestricted right to work in the UK.
- Experience supporting or utilising ERP solutions, specifically in supply chain aspects.
- Understanding of EDI standards.
- Basic understanding of SOAP and REST web services.
- XML and XSLT experience.
- An understanding of AI and Microsoft Copilot tools and concepts.
