You’ll have the freedom to build your network, develop your niche, and establish yourself as a trusted recruitment partner, whilst being given the tools and support needed to succeed. Build and develop your own desk through business development, networking, referrals, and relationship management. Create engaging, high-quality job adverts and recruitment campaigns to use across a range of media and platforms. Managing the full 360 recruitment process from vacancy brief through to placement. Identifying opportunities for growth and proactively driving revenue. We’re interested in speaking with recruiters who are commercially driven but equally passionate about people and delivering a high-quality, authentic service. 2+ years’ experience in a 360 Recruitment Consultant role. ~ A strong track record in business development and relationship building. ~ Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. ~ A permanent and unrestricted Right to Work in the UK.
