THE ROLE:
We’re searching for a Paid Media enthusiast with a passion for planning, delivering, and optimising ROI focussed paid media campaigns for clients of all shapes and sizes! You’ll play a vital role within the existing paid media team and use your expertise to shape strategies and deliver measurable impact across a wide range of projects or ongoing retainers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, implement, and optimise ROI focussed paid media campaigns across various platforms, working with varying budgets.
- Manage paid media campaigns; track & analyse data to optimise campaign performance.
- Collaborate on creative direction to ensure cohesive messaging across client campaigns and channels.
- Write ROI focussed & impactful paid media ads, supported by input from the content team.
- Produce performance reports and deliver monthly presentations to clients.
- Proactively manage and optimise clients’ evolving paid media strategies, budgets, and channel mixes to meet & surpass their expectations.
- Support new business activity with paid media proposals.
- Work closely with clients and communicate successes, strategies, and deliverables.
- Provide expertise, training and guidance to overall performance team and across the business.
- Keep up to date with the latest paid media trends and technologies.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Solid experience in a Paid Media Executive/Specialist/Manager or similar is essential.
- Broad experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn.
- Experience successfully managing large budgets.
- Previous experience working with B2B, B2C, lead generation, e-commerce clients would be ideal.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, including demographics, interests, behaviours, and retargeting.
- Experience in data analytics and campaign optimisation tools to enhance performance.
- Self-motivated with strong multitasking and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Desirable: Experience with Meta & TikTok ad platforms. UK resident with unrestricted right to work in the UK; please note that we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates. This role is based on the outskirts of West Leeds, so a driving licence and access to a car would be ideal.
