We’re searching for a
Customer Software Training Manager to join a fast-growing AI Saa S business where customer onboarding and education are critical to ongoing success.
Reporting to the COO, you’ll own the end-to-end training journey, turning complex software into simple, scalable learning experiences that drive adoption and long-term customer outcomes.
- £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured customer training workshops (live, recorded & on-site in Leeds/UK-wide)
- Build learning content, guides and playbooks into a scalable training academy, creating certification frameworks to validate learning, holding users accountable.
- Create role-based learning journeys for different user types.
- Enable internal teams with clear, consistent product knowledge through structured learning programmes.
- Improve adoption, reduce support dependency and speed up time-to-value.
Skills & Experience
Experience within a Saa S business, training or enabling customers (SMB to Enterprise), preferably AI/Field Service Management Saa S.
- The ability to simplify and explain technical concepts such as workflows, integrations or APIs.
- Experience designing structured training programmes or learning journeys.
- Confident presentation and facilitation skills, both online and in person.
- A highly organised, process-driven approach with strong attention to detail.
- The confidence to work cross-functionally and influence multiple stakeholders.
- Located within a commutable distance to Leeds, willing to travel UK-wide when required.
- Candidates must have a permanent

- Experience building or managing LMS or training academy platforms.
- Familiarity with tools such as Loom, Notion or Talent LMS.
- Background in Customer Success, Implementation or Onboarding.
- Experience working with automation, AI or workflow-led platforms.
