We are supporting a fast-growing performance sportswear brand in the search for an E-commerce Operations Coordinator. Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day ecommerce operations, ensuring customers receive an outstanding experience while helping drive growth across Shopify, Amazon, and international distribution channels.

Key responsibilities:- Process customer orders and support a seamless order-to-delivery experience.
- Coordinate shipping, fulfilment, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Deliver excellent customer service across email and ecommerce channels.
- Manage customer enquiries relating to products, orders, deliveries, and returns.
- Support Amazon and marketplace operations while assisting international growth initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and support day-to-day operational administration.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and the customer experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues across operations, customer service, warehousing, and fulfilment.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience in ecommerce, operations, customer service, administration, or order fulfilment.
- Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Communicates professionally and enjoys delivering excellent customer service.
- Has strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
- Is comfortable using ecommerce platforms, CRM/ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership.
- Works collaboratively and is happy to support a growing team.

Desirable:- Shopify and/or Amazon Seller Central experience.
