We’re searching for a Paid Media enthusiast with a passion for planning, delivering, and optimising ROI focussed paid media campaigns for clients of all shapes and sizes! You’ll play a vital role within the existing paid media team and use your expertise to shape strategies and deliver measurable impact across a wide range of projects or ongoing retainers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimise ROI focussed paid media campaigns across various platforms, working with varying budgets.
- Manage paid media campaigns; track & analyse data to optimise campaign performance.
- Collaborate on creative direction to ensure cohesive messaging across client campaigns and channels.
- Write ROI focussed & impactful paid media ads, supported by input from the content team.
- Produce performance reports and deliver monthly presentations to clients.
- Proactively manage and optimise clients’ evolving paid media strategies, budgets, and channel mixes to meet & surpass their expectations.
- Support new business activity with paid media proposals.
- Provide expertise, training and guidance to overall performance team and across the business.
- Keep up to date with the latest paid media trends and technologies.
Essential Qualifications:
- Solid experience in a Paid Media Executive/Specialist/Manager or similar is essential.
- Experience in data analytics and campaign optimisation tools to enhance performance.
- Self-motivated with strong multitasking and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
This role is based on the outskirts of West Leeds, so a driving licence and access to a car would be ideal.
