The Role:

  • Complete customer information requests (e.g., allergens, sustainability data)
  • Assist with QA checks, audits, and scheduled inspections

  • Maintain technical documentation and develop new process resources
  • Support complaint investigations, root‑cause analysis, and non‑conformance tracking
