Salary £32,680 (£30,000 + £2,680 Shift Allowance). Rising after probation to £33,661 (£30,900 + £2,761 Shift Allowance).

Shift Pattern: 12-Hour Panama Shifts (7am – 7pm & 7pm – 7am)

  • Week 1 – Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun
  • Week 2 – Wed, Thurs

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating and monitoring production line machinery to ensure accurate production.

  • Monitoring product quality throughout the production process.
  • Completing regular equipment inspections and reporting any issues or malfunctions.
  • Ensuring high standards of safety and hygiene throughout the facility.
  • Complete machine changeovers in an efficient and safe manner.
