We are recruiting for Production Operatives to join a leading food manufacturing business based in Harrogate.

- Salary
- Starting Salary: £32,680 (£30,000 basic + £2,680 shift allowance)
- After successful probation: £33,661 (£30,900 basic + £2,761 shift allowance)
- Shift Pattern
- 12-Hour Panama Shifts (Days & Nights)
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- Week 2: Wednesday & Thursday
This shift pattern provides regular extended periods off throughout the month, offering an excellent work-life balance.
- What You\'ll Be Doing
- Operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure efficient and accurate production.
- Carrying out machine changeovers safely and efficiently.
- Performing routine equipment checks and basic preventative maintenance.
- Monitoring product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Reporting machinery faults and equipment issues promptly.
- Following standard operating procedures and health & safety guidelines at all times.
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and housekeeping across the production area.
- What We\'re Looking For
- Previous experience within a food manufacturing or production environment.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- A strong awareness of health and safety practices.
- A Forklift Licence would be advantageous, although full training can be provided.
