Salary £32,680 (£30,000 + £2,680 Shift Allowance) Rising after probation to £33,661 (£30,900 + £2,761 Shift Allowance).

Shift Pattern: 12‑Hour Panama Shifts (7am – 7pm & 7pm – 7am). Week 1 – Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun; Week 2 – Wed, Thurs.

Key Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience working in a food manufacturing or production environment
  • A strong work ethic
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understanding and commitment to health and safety standards
  • A Forklift Licence would be ideal; however training will be provided
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operating and monitoring production line machinery to ensure accurate production.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Completing routine maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns.
  • Monitoring product quality throughout the production process.
  • Completing regular equipment inspections and reporting any issues or malfunctions.
  • Ensuring high standards of safety and hygiene throughout the facility.
  • Complete machine changeovers in an efficient and safe manner.
