- What You'll Be Doing
- Operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure efficient and accurate manufacturing.
- Safely operating a Forklift Truck to move raw materials, finished goods and stock throughout the site.
- Loading, unloading and transporting materials to support production activities.
- Completing machine changeovers efficiently and safely.
- Carrying out routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance.
- Monitoring product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Reporting machinery faults and equipment issues promptly.
- Following all food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within a food manufacturing or production environment.
- A valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) Licence
- Experience operating FLT equipment safely within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- A strong understanding of health and safety practices.
