We’re recruiting for a fast-growing Media & Marketing business based in Harrogate. Industry background is less important than your ability to sell, your hunger to succeed, and your track record of smashing targets.

Key Benefits:
  • £30,000 - £35,000 pa dependent on experience

The Role

This is a full 360, new-business sales role where your success will be measured by results. You’ll take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through to close, building long-term, high-value client relationships across a range of sectors. You’ll sell a mix of media, advertising, and promotional solutions, tailoring your approach to each client and being rewarded directly for the revenue you generate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify, target, and win new business opportunities
  • Build, manage, and convert a strong sales pipeline through consistent prospecting
  • Conduct face-to-face client meetings to uncover needs and present solutions
  • Negotiate, close, and onboard new clients
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs
  • Develop long-term client relationships to maximise repeat business and account value

  • 3+ years of proven sales success in a target-driven environment
  • Strong motivation to earn commission and be financially rewarded for performance
