Join a personable and independent lettings agency with a growing portfolio across Yorkshire. We’re looking for an organised and proactive Property Manager to oversee maintenance and tenancy matters, ensuring properties are well managed and clients receive exceptional service.

About You:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a property maintenance or property management role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator, able to manage expectations
  • IT literate – experience with CRM systems, Alto, or Inventory Hive desirable
  • Full UK driving licence + access to own vehicle

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as main contact for maintenance issues and coordinate resolutions
  • Arrange inspections, safety checks, check-ins and check-outs
  • Manage tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and associated admin
  • Ensure accurate records on CRM systems including certificates and invoices
  • Support viewings and property visits during busy periods or holiday cover
