We’re searching for a strategic and commercially minded Vendor Product Management professional to lead and develop a high‑performing team, take ownership of the vendor product strategy & lifecycle, and drive sustainable revenue growth & profitability. You’ll work closely with key internal stakeholders and vendor partners to shape and deliver cohesive commercial strategies that align with Sales & Marketing, strengthen market position, and maximise long‑term value.
- Leadership & Team Development: Develop and lead a commercially focused team of Vendor Product Managers, providing clear direction and guidance to support capability-building and high performance.
- Commercial Ownership & Performance: Take commercial ownership of Vendor Product portfolio performance, setting & tracking targets and KPIs including revenue, margin, forecasting, and overall financial impact. Implement functional strategies to accelerate growth, optimise margins, and maximise commercial returns. Report on portfolio performance, commercial impact, and strategic initiatives to internal stakeholders.
- Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle framework, develop strategic vendor product roadmaps, delivery plans, product positioning, refresh cycles, and end‑of‑life management.
- Insights, Data & Decision‑Making: Leverage data and market insights to inform vendor product strategies, decisions, commercials, and portfolio prioritisation. Translate market and performance insights into actionable plans that drive revenue growth and margin optimisation. Highly analytical, confident interpreting complex data and turning insight into clear, commercially actionable decisions.
- Effective people leader: Experience building, motivating, and developing high‑performing Product Management teams.
- Relationship‑driven and credible: Able to build and maintain long‑term partnerships that deliver measurable business value.
