A unique opportunity to build and scale a revenue growth engine from the ground up. Reporting into the Marketing Lead, the CRM Lead will take ownership of CRM, marketing operations and funnel design, creating a scalable foundation that drives pipeline and performance. Once established, you’ll focus on continuous improvement, automation and AI-led optimisation, rather than day-to-day campaign execution.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and optimisation of the marketing tech stack.
- Design and build the end-to-end marketing funnel & lead management framework.
- Implement lead scoring, lifecycle and nurture frameworks.
- Set up campaign tracking, attribution and reporting dashboards.
- Drive automation and AI adoption to improve efficiency.
- Ensure strong data quality and governance.
- Lead ongoing optimisation and marketing ops projects.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in Marketing Ops, Revops or CRM-driven roles (B2B).
- Strong knowledge of funnels, lifecycle and lead management.
- Hands-on with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and automation tools.
- Confident using data and reporting to drive decisions.
- Process-driven, detail-oriented and commercially minded.
- Positive, collaborative, and professional character.
- Comfortable working across teams and influencing stakeholders.
- Interest in AI and automation.
Must be within commuting distance of the office as the role will be office-based initially during build phase.
