This is a rare role with excellent professional development opportunities for an ambitious Media Account Executive/Manager to join a well-established and growing team. Reporting into the Client Director and working closely with the Media team, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of media campaigns across TV Spot, TV Sponsorship, Press, and Out of Home advertising (OOH).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Client Directors & Media Strategists on media client projects/retainers including TV Sponsorship, TV Advertising, Press, and Out of Home media (OOH).
  • Assist, and where appropriate, take ownership of media planning, scheduling, and the implementation of various media channel activity.
  • Prepare regular reports of media channel performance, and where appropriate leverage expertise from the internal subject matter experts.
  • Attend client meetings alongside Client Directors as and when required.
  • Communicate with clients any appropriate media opportunities including enhancements, optimisation, and recommendations, and refining up until client approval.
  • Schedule media company bookings.
  • Develop briefs for the production team to create & deliver appropriate advertising copy for TV and press.
  • Ensure regulations and laws are adhered to and liaise with Clearcast on both concept & content for their approval, as well as final delivery to channels for TV advertising.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience working in a Media Planning role or similar.
  • Media Agency experience is preferred.
  • Experience working on TV advertising projects is preferable; client/in-house would be considered.
  • Previous experience in a performance or technical marketing focused role would also be considered.
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills.
  • Competent presentation skills, with experience of utilising software packages.
  • Solid understanding of online and offline media, with exposure to media planning, buying, and tracking software would be highly beneficial.
