We are searching for an ambitious and commercially focused
Events Marketing Manager to join a leading UK technology organisation, with responsibilities including delivering a diverse calendar of internal and external events, driving brand awareness & customer engagement, and most importantly having a direct impact on business growth.
Due to the nature of the role and event locations, candidates must be based within a commutable distance of Lichfield and hold a permanent Right to Work in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of the company's end-to-end events programme , ensuring all activity aligns with wider commercial and marketing objectives.
- Planning and delivering a range of trade exhibitions, conferences, customer engagement events, webinars and internal events .
- Managing event budgets, project timelines, logistics, supplier relationships and contract negotiations.
- Developing, executing and managing marketing campaigns to maximise attendance, engagement and brand visibility.
- Creating engaging promotional collateral and communications in line with brand guidelines.
- Collaborating with Sales, Product and Marketing teams to ensure event activity supports key business objectives and target audiences.
- Identifying opportunities to introduce new customer-facing events and engagement initiatives.
- Defining event KPIs and measuring success through performance reporting and ROI analysis.
- Producing post-event evaluations and recommendations to continuously improve future activity.
- Supporting the delivery of internal events including training sessions, leadership meetings and company initiatives.
Key Skills & Experience
- Minimum
5 years' B2B experience within an Events Management / Events Marketing /or similar position .
- Proven experience planning and delivering events from concept through to post-event evaluation.
- Strong project management and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience managing suppliers, agencies, venues and event budgets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively across Sales, Product and Marketing functions.
- Confident analysing campaign performance and event ROI data to support business decision-making.
- Self-motivated, adaptable and comfortable working within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Willingness to travel to events when required.
